En Lee is a Partner and Head of Asia Pacific at LGT Impact, the impact investment arm of LGT, the world’s largest family-owned private banking and asset management group with over USD 200bn in assets under management. He leads the Asia team and manages the regional investment portfolio in Southeast Asia and China, serving on the boards of several portfolio organisations in the Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia. He is a member of the Global Partner Group responsible for the firm's overall leadership, strategy and investment activities.

Pioneering sustainable finance and impact investing across Asia, En serves on the LGT Sustainability Board, World Economic Forum ESG Advisory Group, China Green Finance Committee, and the Asia Investor Group on Climate Change. He is an Advisory Committee Member of Triple P Financial Inclusion Fund, a Steering Committee Member of Harvard Business School's Impact Investing Group, an Entrepreneur In Residence at INSEAD, and an Adviser to B Corporation. En is active in various leadership networks including the World Economic Forum, Young Presidents’ Organisation, Milken Institute, and the Global Impact Investing Network. He is an Aspen Institute Finance Leaders Fellow and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.

En holds an LL.B degree (First Class Honours), a CAIA designation, and graduated from the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
