I lead on IBM’s social impact strategy and implementation across the Asia Pacific region, covering India/South Asia, ASEAN, Korea, Australia & New Zealand, applying our skills, talent and technology to innovative solutions for education & skills, economic development, environmental sustainability, disaster resilience, healthcare and more.

As an internationally experienced senior corporate affairs & sustainability leader, I have over 20 years experience in communications, sustainability, social impact, corporate reputation & government relations across Asia, Europe, Africa and the Middle East

Prior to joining IBM, I founded KW Strategy to provide strategic sustainability, communications and social impact advice to clients across Asia including Heineken, Shiseido and Apollo English Vietnam

I originally moved to Singapore in 2014 to set up Penn Schoen Berland’s (PSB) business in Asia before taking over as CEO of Burson-Marsteller Singapore. Previously, I was a Vice President with PSB in London and worked on the 2014 Iraqi election campaign based in Baghdad for 4 months

At Pearson, I led engagement in global education policy through the Global Compact on Learning, Global Partnership for Education and helped set up the Global Business Coalition for Education. I also built corporate affairs capabilities across the company

At Coke I led on the company's inclusive business agenda working with NGO's, governments, donors and business coalitions. I played a key role in communications around the 2008 Beijing Olympics and 2010 World Cup, took a lead on global tax and developed stakeholder and government relations strategies

Previously I sat on DFID's Girls Education Challenge Partnership Subcommittee, the board of the Global Partnership for Education, GLG's Council, was Coke's liaison delegate to the World Business Council on Sustainable Development (WBCSD) and advised the Clinton Global Initiative's Working Group on Education
