Greg has worked in the fields of social development and innovation, microfinance, livelihood and entrepreneurship in grassroots organizations, social enterprises, and now investment and incubation for the last 15 years. She is committed to social equity and poverty eradication and is particularly interested in education, entrepreneurship, and creative economies.
Greg is currently Director at xchange, an industry-agnostic impact investor and incubator for early stage social enterprises in the Philippines where she has engaged with other stakeholders building the ecosystem; social enterprises in renewable energy, electric vehicles, beverage among others; as well as managed co.lab, a coworking space by xchange where social cross-pollinates with the commercial.
Prior to joining xchange, Greg was Executive Director of Gifts and Graces Fair Trade Foundation, a fair trade social enterprise that empowered micro-manufacturers, artisans, and indigenous groups through product design and development, training, and market access.
As a young leader in social development, Greg was named an Asia Society Asia 21 Philippines Fellow, Class of 2008. In 2013, Greg graduated from the IE Brown Executive MBA, a joint MBA program between IE Business School and Brown University that combines the liberal arts with the core business curriculum.
