Jing co-founded SEED InVenture in 2017. Prior to that, Jing founded Shanghai Benefit Business Consultancy Co., Ltd, providing cross-cultural consultancy service for a wide range of clients including government agencies, INGOs and Fortune 500 companies. She holds a graduation certificate for Social Entrepreneurship from University of Pennsylvania Wharton Business School. She was a judge for Enactus China and the Hult Prize Tsinghua Campus.
