Pradeep spent the first part of his career primarily in Silicon Valley, working as a strategy and technology consultant with Deloitte, helping MNCs and start ups build, grow and scale. He moved to New York, when he got an opportunity to work with President Clinton's advisory, where he led India focused work. He then joined Paul Volcker's mission, leading his new start up, focused on addressing governance and implementation challenges in financial sectors, and governments.
Presently he leads Ford Foundations work in India and the region, where they have been actively involved in institution building since the 1950s. He is passionate about converging private and philanthropic capitals to solve societal challenges, and create wealth.
