Tomoyuki Yamada is Team Director of Economic Development Dep., Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Headquarter in Tokyo.
His team is responsible for Private Sector Development in Asian countries mainly through technical assistance of Japan’s ODA.
His 18 years of career in JICA includes senior representative of JICA’s Indonesia Office, and deputy director of Supporting Japanese SMEs in Overseas Business Division.
He obtained MA in Public Administration from Columbia University, U.S.
